Purchases made within 14 working days can be returned, subject to terms and conditions below:
Returns need to be communicated to us by email or post (please see returns form below). The Customer/Entrepreneur has 14 days, from date of receipt of products, to return goods. Products and goods must be returned in their original packaging, in an unused, closed i.e sealed condition. The customer/entrepreneur must cover the shipping costs for returns. When refunding the purchased amount, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of any loss in value of goods caused by damage or use. Shipping and postage costs for returned goods, which have not been covered will also be deducted from purchased amount.
Furthermore a full refund of payment will only be made if goods are undamaged, unused and the cost of return shipment has been covered. Customers/Entrepreneurs bear full responsibility for returns and must provide proof of postage for returned products.
Once a return has been processed the purchased amount will be refunded. The Shipping costs, however are non refundable.

The terms and conditions for Product returns are only applicable to persons with a residency and delivery address in a member state of the European Union.
