The silver ball allows you to work individual muscles in more detail. It offers greater intensity, a more profound muscle release, and a true deep-tissue massage experience.
We guarantee you'll really feel your muscles working! The material of the silver ball is firmer and harder and is the go-to ball for working the legs. You can also use the silver ball for back routines if you do not have any back issues! We do not recommend this ball for abdominal, chest or sideline work if you are a beginner!
