In the Yamuna®️ Face Massage class you will learn to work on your face using Yamuna® balls. The purpose is to prevent aging and to target these repetitive patterns so you can learn to identify the tension that builds up in your face as a result of your daily life activities. In this class you will learn how to stimulate the bones of your face and skull, muscles and skin, keeping your face more relaxed and beautiful!
